The Horse Shelter relies on a dedicated group of volunteers who assist in providing the loving care our abused and abandoned horses so deeply need and deserve.
If you want to volunteer we will find the job that fits your skills and will most benefit the horses. Volunteers are always appreciated and much needed at The Horse Shelter for horse care, feeding, grooming, mucking, building projects and more.
We also need volunteers who will fundraise or work booths at horse shows and community events to spread the word of our mission and increase donations and adoptions.
JOIN OUR TEAM and help support the approximately 50 horses that currently call The Horse Shelter home.

from St. Michael's High School here in Santa Fe.
